Relec at Southern Manufacturing 2016

Relec Electronics will be exhibiting at the Southern Manufacturing & Electronics show 2016 on stand G80. It takes place at the FIVE exhibition halls Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 6XL on Tuesday 9th to Thursday 11th February.

We will once again be showcasing examples from our large range of TFT displays and projective capacitive touch panels.

For the first time we will be demonstrating our range of PCAP touch panels from Rocktouch.

RockTouch are at the forefront of PCAP technology, offering a fully scalable solution from 7” to 32”. Features and options include the ability to operate with gloves, operate with water, the highest signal to noise ratio on the market at 32V meaning suitability for automotive applications, as well as medical, industrial and signage. High signal to noise ratio means that meeting EMC specifications becomes much easier. Ease of integration is a key feature and in addition to full product support and advice, we also offer interface cards and adaptors to make connection simplicity itself.

Coupled with the touch panels there will also be an opportunity to see some working examples of our TFT displays which will include some of the many technologies we can offer, such as optical bonding, anti-reflective coatings and O-film for all round viewing angles a very real alternative to IPS displays.

Also being shown are two high brightness displays, a 5.7” (1200 mcd) and an 8” with 5-wire touch panel (1300 mcd).

We will have available our dedicated Displays brochure which gives a full overview of all the technologies, options and services that we offer, together with a full list of standard products.

In addition we will be showing examples of our extensive range of ac dc power supplies, dc dc converters and EMC filters, many of the railway and rugged application power supplies that we featured in the January newsletter will be on display.
