Relec Electronics Ltd Prize Giveaway Terms and Conditions
- The giveaway is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, and this excludes employees of Relec Electronics and their immediate families.
- The giveaway runs from 31/07/23 to 04/09/23 or before. Entries received outside this time period will not be eligible.
- To enter, participants must sign up to Relec’s monthly newsletter, following instructions to a survey, in which the participant will enter by giving us marketing feedback. Only one entry per person is allowed.
- The winner must be on our newsletter list to receive the prize, unsubscribing during the competition period will incur being removed from the competition.
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the giveaway period. The draw will take place on 04/09/23 and the winner will be notified via a video in an email, and will be contacted directly within 5 days.
- The prize is a £50 Amazon Voucher. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
- The winner will be required to provide their name, email address, and postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to notification of their win within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
- The winner agrees to participate in related publicity and to the use of their name and image in such publicity.
- Personal data provided during entry will be used only in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy.
- Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
