APPLICATION
The ZCD150-110S24TC-H by Aipu Power is a 150W dc-dc converter built for railway and heavy-duty industrial use. Operating from a 43-160V dc input range, it delivers a consistent 24V output with up to 91% efficiency. Its quarter-brick module with integral heatsink enables conduction cooling, ensuring long-term reliability from -40°C to +105°C. Engineered to meet EN50155 requirements, the converter provides reinforced isolation at 3000Vdc, with protection against overload, overvoltage, and thermal faults. Compact yet powerful, the ZCD150-110S24TC-H supports modern rolling stock electronics and trackside systems where robust, efficient dc conversion is critical. Certified to CE and EN50155.
