SU256
The DFI SU256-SCM 4″ SBC provides compact computing for industrial automation, network appliances, surveillance, data acquisition and embedded control applications. Processor options include the Intel® Core™ i7-6600U, i5-6300U, i3-6100U and i7-7600U, supported by dual-channel DDR4 memory. Intel® HD Graphics drive an HDMI display at resolutions up to 4096 × 2304.
Connectivity includes four Gigabit Ethernet ports and six USB 3.0 ports, making the SU256-SCM suitable for systems requiring multiple network and peripheral connections. Storage and expansion options include SATA 3.0, an mSATA flash module and one full-size Mini PCIe interface. The board operates from a 15–36 Vdc input and supports fanless system integration across an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C.

SU256
The SU256 is a 4″ SBC that utilises Intel 11th Gen Core i7/i5/i3 U-Series processors, offering up to 4 cores and Iris Xe graphics. It supports up to 64GB DDR4 SO-DIMM memory and features three independent displays via DisplayPort, HDMI, and LVDS/eDP. With expansion flexibility through M.2 and Mini PCIe slots, the SU256 supports high-speed NVMe storage, Wi-Fi, or 4G/5G connectivity. It includes dual Intel Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.2, SATA, and multiple COM interfaces. Designed for a 12-24V dc input and a wide temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, it’s suited for industrial control, digital signage, and automation.
