APPLICATION
The PH10ADU is an industrial Micro-ATX motherboard supporting Intel Raptor Lake-S Refresh, Raptor Lake-S, and Alder Lake-S processors (up to 125W) with the Intel Q670 or H610 chipset. It accommodates up to 128GB DDR4 memory across four U-DIMM slots and offers multiple expansion interfaces including one PCIe x16, up to two PCIe x8 (x4 lanes), and two M.2 2280/22110 M-key slots for NVMe storage. Connectivity includes dual Intel Ethernet (1GbE + 2.5GbE), triple DisplayPort outputs (up to 4K), and a wide range of USB (up to 7 x USB 3.2 Gen1, 4 x USB 2.0) and COM ports. With ATX 24+8 pin power input, RAID 0/1/5/10 support, TPM header, and operating temperatures from 0°C to 60°C, it is engineered for industrial applications requiring high compute power, display versatility, and stable long-term operation.
