APPLICATION
iHP Liquid Cooled is a modular power system offering up to 20,000W in a 4U rack with universal 3-phase 342-528V ac input. It achieves efficiency up to 94.8% and supports parallel operation of racks up to 144kW. Modules deliver programmable voltage or current outputs, configurable up to 1000V or 1600A, with fast slew rates and digital control. Applications include industrial automation, horticulture lighting, and semiconductor processing, with SEMI F47 compliance at 480V input. Supported interfaces include analog, RS485, Modbus, CAN and Ethernet (with PowerPro Connect). Certifications include UL62368, CSA62368, EN62368, IEC62368 and CE.
