APPLICATION
The AIT00ZPFC Series delivers 150W from a 100-122V ac input at frequencies from 50Hz to 800Hz, or with a dc input option, achieving efficiency up to 92% and a typical 393V dc output. Designed as front-end PFC modules, they feature negative enable, internal active bypass, direct drive output to opto-isolator and aviation standard compliance. Applications include aerospace, defence, industrial and telecoms systems requiring compact PFC solutions. Certified to UL/cUL 60950 and TUV EN60950.
