AIH03ZPFC AC-DC PCB Mount

The Advanced Energy AIH03ZPFC AC-DC PCB Mount Series is a compact 1100 W half-brick power factor correction (PFC) converter designed for high-power industrial and medical applications. Accepting a wide 90–264 Vac input or 127–373 Vdc input, the non-isolated PFC module provides a nominal 390 Vdc output, adjustable from 350–420 Vdc, with an output current of up to 2.82 A at 390 Vdc. The AIH03ZPFC achieves 97.3% efficiency at full load and 230 Vac and a power factor of at least 0.95 under the specified load conditions, supporting efficient high-density power conversion. Its industry-standard half-brick footprint measures approximately 61.0 × 58.4 × 14.0 mm, delivering a power density of 383 W/in³.
