APPLICATION
The TUNS700F is a high-performance AC-DC power supply designed to deliver up to 700.8W of power. It offers output voltage options of 12V, 28V, and 48V, making it ideal for demanding industrial and bus converter applications. The module features universal input voltage capabilities (AC85 – 264V) and includes various options for remote control and parallel operation for increased flexibility.
The TUNS700F operates with an input voltage range of AC85 – 264V and draws 8.6A (ACIN 100V) or 4.1A (ACIN 200V). It achieves high efficiency, with the 48V model reaching up to 90%. Output currents are 58.4A for the 12V model, 25A for the 28V model, and 14.6A for the 48V model. The power supply is equipped with overcurrent protection, which activates above 105% of the rated output, and overvoltage protection for each output range. Ripple and noise performance is well-managed for stable operation in diverse temperature ranges.
The TUNS700F meets stringent safety standards, including UL60950-1, C-UL (CSA60950-1), and EN62368-1. It complies with harmonic attenuation standards (IEC61000-3-2 Class A) and is tested for vibration, impact, and wide operational temperature ranges, ensuring reliability in tough industrial environments.
