APPLICATION
The TUNS500F is a compact and efficient AC-DC power supply designed for industrial and high-demand applications. It delivers up to 504W of power and comes in three output voltage options: 12V, 28V, and 48V. The power supply uses conduction cooling via its aluminium base plate, providing reliable performance across a wide temperature range.
The TUNS500F operates on a universal input voltage range of AC85 – 264V, with an input current of 6.0A (AC100V) and 3.0A (AC200V). It provides output currents of 42A for the 12V model, 18A for the 28V model, and 10.5A for the 48V model. Peak current ratings are 55A, 24A, and 14A, respectively. The power supply features overcurrent protection, activating at 101% of peak current, and overvoltage protection across all models. Ripple noise and temperature regulation are carefully managed to ensure stable operation in demanding environments.
The TUNS500F complies with UL60950-1, C-UL (CSA60950-1), and EN62368-1 safety standards. It also meets IEC61000-3-2 (Class A) for harmonic attenuation, making it suitable for use in various industrial and electronic applications.
