APPLICATION
The FM05D filter module is a compact, high-performance solution designed to meet the industrial quarter-brick size standard, offering excellent filtering capabilities for DC applications. This PCB-mountable 5A filter module can handle an input voltage of up to 200VDC, with a maximum surge voltage of 250VDC for 1 second, providing reliable protection in high-voltage environments.
Engineered with multi-layer ceramic capacitors, the FM05D delivers superior electrical performance, ensuring stable and efficient filtering for demanding industrial applications.
With an isolation voltage of 2250VDC and a rugged aluminium base-plate encased in a durable plastic housing, the module is built to withstand harsh conditions.
It meets EN45545-2 fire and smoke safety standards, making it an ideal choice for environments that require high safety and reliability. The module operates within a broad temperature range of -40°C to +110°C, ensuring it performs optimally under varying conditions. Measuring only 2.28 x 1.45 x 0.50 inches (57.9 x 36.8 x 12.7 mm), this filter module is compact yet robust, making it suitable for space-constrained industrial setups.
