APPLICATION
The SO630 is a robust ATX motherboard built around the AMD® EPYC™ 3000 Series embedded processors, offering up to 16 cores and 32 threads for compute-intensive industrial and networking applications. Supporting up to 256GB of DDR4 RDIMM or UDIMM across eight slots, the board delivers high memory bandwidth and stability for virtualisation, edge computing, and data-centric workloads.
Expansion is extensive, featuring three PCIe x16 slots (configurable up to six PCIe x8), one legacy PCI slot, and dual M.2 M-key sockets, one with PCIe x4 NVMe and the other supporting SATA/PCIe x2 NVMe. I/O is equally rich, including dual Intel® I210AT GbE ports, eight USB 3.1 Gen1, and two serial ports (RS-232 and RS-232/422/485). TPM 2.0 support is optional for hardware-based security.
With standard ATX power input and a wide operating temperature range from -5°C to 65°C, the SO630 is ideal for embedded server platforms, network appliances, and industrial control systems requiring high core density, flexible expansion, and long lifecycle support.
