The ICX610-C621A from DFI is a robust ATX server-grade motherboard built for the 3rd Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processor Family using the LGA4189 socket. Designed for high-performance computing and data-intensive enterprise workloads, it supports up to 512GB of ECC DDR4 RDIMM memory across eight slots at speeds up to 3200MHz.
Powered by the Intel® C621A chipset, this board offers exceptional expansion capability with three PCIe Gen4 x16 slots, two PCIe Gen4 x8 slots, and one M.2 M-key slot for NVMe or SATA storage. Networking is enterprise-class, with dual Intel® 10GbE ports, dual Intel® 1GbE ports, and a dedicated IPMI LAN for out-of-band remote management. It also integrates BMC with AST2500 for IPMI support and remote KVM access.
Rear I/O includes VGA, USB 3.1 Gen1, USB 2.0, and dual COM ports, while internally it supports RAID 0/1/5/10 on six SATA ports, front audio, 16-bit GPIO, TPM 2.0, and watchdog timer. With CE, FCC, and UKCA certifications and operating support for Windows Server and Linux, the ICX610-C621A is an ideal solution for edge servers, virtualisation hosts, and industrial back-end systems in mission-critical environments.
