The CHM150 uses an aluminium baseplate for conduction cooling. Its cooling arrangement must be designed to keep the case temperature within the specified -40°C to +100°C range while accounting for input voltage, output load and airflow.

4. Does the CHM150 support remote control and voltage compensation?

Yes. The CHM150 includes remote on/off control and remote sensing. Remote sensing compensates for voltage drops in the distribution wiring, while the output can be externally adjusted from -20% to +10%.

The CHM150 includes undervoltage lockout, overcurrent protection, continuous short-circuit protection, output overvoltage protection and overtemperature protection. The converter automatically resumes operation after applicable fault conditions are removed.

The Cincon CHM150 is a 150W medical DC-DC converter designed for medical and industrial systems requiring high isolation and low leakage current. It accepts an 18–36Vdc input and provides regulated 12Vdc, 15Vdc or 24Vdc single outputs.
