APPLICATION
The MTH968 is a COM Express Compact module from DFI supporting 13th/12th Gen Intel Core i7, i5, i3, and Celeron processors (Raptor Lake-P / Alder Lake-P). It features up to 64GB LPDDR5 onboard memory and supports multiple independent displays via DDI and eDP. The module offers PCIe Gen4 expansion, USB 3.2 Gen2, SATA, and dual 2.5GbE LAN options. Designed for embedded systems, automation, and transportation, it operates fanlessly from -40°C to 85°C and complies with CE and FCC standards. Compatible with Type 6 carrier boards for flexible integration.
