APPLICATION
The HBC Series from Calex is a 4kW isolated bidirectional dc-dc converter designed for e-mobility, marine, mining, and industrial battery systems. Featuring a dual active bridge topology, it delivers 96% efficiency and supports both buck and boost modes, converting between 220-440V and 12V/24V dc. The unit’s IP67-rated liquid-cooled aluminium housing ensures reliability in harsh environments. With CAN 2.0B SAE J1939 interface, reinforced isolation, and full protection suite, the HBC400 Series excels in heavy-duty mobile power applications. Certified to ECE R10, ISO7637-2, and CISPR25.
