The TUNS50F series is a compact, highly efficient AC-DC power supply module designed for various applications requiring stable and reliable power output. It offers three different output voltage options (5V, 12V, and 24V), with a maximum output wattage of 50.4W. The module features conduction cooling, making it ideal for use in environments where heat dissipation through forced air is not feasible.

he TUNS50F accepts a universal input voltage range of AC85-264V at 50/60Hz. Its efficiency varies with the input voltage, achieving up to 86% at 200V input. The module provides different output options: 5V (10A), 12V (4.2A), and 24V (2.1A), with tight line and load regulation. Overcurrent protection kicks in at 105% of the rated output and recovers automatically. Overvoltage protection is included, with set ranges depending on the output voltage model. Ripple and noise values are managed within specified limits, even under temperature variations between -40°C and +100°C. The unit lacks remote sensing and remote on/off capabilities but offers output voltage adjustment through an external resistor or signal if required.

The TUNS50F series complies with UL60950-1, C-UL (CSA60950-1), and EN62368-1 standards for safety. It also meets IEC61000-3-2 (Class A) harmonic attenuation requirements. The unit’s isolation capabilities include AC3000V between input and output and AC2000V between input and FG, ensuring strong safety margins for use in critical applications.
