APPLICATION
The TUNS300F is a highly efficient AC-DC power supply designed for industrial applications. It offers a wide input range and provides 12V, 28V, or 48V DC output options with up to 300W of power. The power supply features conduction cooling through its aluminium base plate, making it suitable for compact installations with heat dissipation requirements.
The TUNS300F accepts an input voltage range of AC85 – 264V, with input current ratings of 3.6A (AC100V) and 1.8A (AC200V). It has a power factor of 0.96 at AC100V and 0.93 at AC200V. The DC output is available at 12V (25A), 28V (11A), and 48V (6.5A), with ripple and noise levels managed within specified limits. The unit is protected against overcurrent, which operates above 105% of the rated output and recovers automatically. Overvoltage protection is set at 15.00 – 16.80V for the 12V model, 35.00 – 39.20V for the 28V model, and 55.20 – 64.80V for the 48V model.
The TUNS300F is certified under UL60950-1, C-UL (CSA60950-1), and EN62368-1 safety standards. It also complies with IEC61000-3-2 (Class A) for harmonic attenuation and meets other international standards for safety and electromagnetic interference control.
