APPLICATION

The PDA50F series from Cosel is an enclosed AC-DC power supply designed for universal input with output wattages of up to 52.8W. Available in three variants—PDA50F-5, PDA50F-12, and PDA50F-24—this series offers reliable DC outputs of 5V, 12V, and 24V, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. With an input voltage range of 85 to 264VAC and a frequency range of 50/60Hz, the PDA50F ensures compatibility across different power grids globally.

Designed for efficiency, the PDA50F series achieves up to 87.5% efficiency under typical conditions. It features essential protection mechanisms, including overcurrent protection that automatically recovers and overvoltage protection to safeguard connected equipment. Its strong isolation ratings (3000VAC between input and output) further enhance safety. The power supply operates effectively within a broad temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, with convection cooling or forced air, making it ideal for environments that require robust performance.

The PDA50F complies with multiple international safety and noise regulations, such as UL62368-1, EN62368-1, and FCC standards, ensuring safe and reliable operation in a variety of settings.
