PV Series dc dc converters for the photovoltaic market

Relec Electronics is pleased to be able offer an award winning range of ultra wide input dc dc converters which have been primarily designed for the photovoltaic market.  The PV series from Mornsun feature input ranges from 100 – 1500Vdc and operating temperatures from -40℃ to +70℃.

PV series products are available with power ratings from 5W to 200W.  They were initially developed to provide control voltages directly from either single or multiple PV panels, eliminating the need for a mains based control voltage.

PV series photovoltaic dc dc converters also feature extremely high isolation voltages (up to 4000V ac), output over-voltage, short-circuit and reverse polarity protection as well as the following features:

• Ultra-wide input voltage range: 100-1000V or 200-1500VDC
• 5V, 12V, 15V or 24V outputs available (5 – 40W)
• Industrial grade operating temperature: -40 to+70
• 4000VAC I/O isolation voltage
• Input under-voltage, reverse polarity, output short-circuit, over-current and over-voltage protection
• UL1741/CSA C22.2 No.107.1/EN62109 approval
• PCB & Din Rail mounting options
• High efficiency, low ripple & noise
